H/RI STEERING SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Arneson Surface Drives require the use of a power steering system for control.  The selection of various components including helm, pumps, reservoir and valves are dependent on the customer requirements as well as the ASD size. 

Most hydraulic control systems manufactured today are an assembly of off the shelf components plumbed together forming a total system.  The engineers at H/RI have used an integrated approach combining various hydraulic control and check valves into modular assemblies for an integrated system.  This approach minimizes the use of fittings and piping between separate hydraulic components, greatly increasing system reliability and servicing.  The H/RI steering/Trim manifold becomes the central connection point for all piping in the steering/trim system.

H/RI systems and components are in use on over 400 Arneson Surface Drive applications including small family runabouts to large Mega-Yachts, Work and Patrol Boats.  Our systems range from simple hydraulic controls to integrated electronic controls performing the functions of steering, ASD trim, Trim Tab deployment, roll control and system monitoring and alarms.

Integrated steering and control systems ranging from open center hydraulic systems to exotic electro/hydraulic fly-by-wire control systems for all sizes of Arneson Surface Drives.
